Update: Pine Street Plaza and the pedestrian bridge over the Palouse River will remain open through this weekend. Beginning July 15, Pine Street Plaza and the pedestrian bridge will be closed to public access, to enable extension of a storm sewer main from Main Street to the Palouse River. The closure will remain in place until at least mid-August.
