During construction, 106 street parking spaces will be displaced due to construction and changed traffic flow. Four of these parking spaces are designated loading zones, the remaining 102 are all 2-hour parking. Twenty one (21) will be repurposed for short-term (15 minute) delivery vehicle parking.
General Parking
Despite losing 102 short term public parking spots due to construction, there are still: 18 30-minute spaces, 351 2-hour spaces, and 76 3-hour spaces available downtown.
A single ADA accessible parking space (on NE Olsen St) will be affected by Project Downtown construction. A net addition of 4 ADA stalls will be created with the completion of the project.
